Thomas St. Clair | Principal
Serves as the companies Director of Investments and Chief Financial Officer. With more than 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. Serving as the Director of Land Acquisitions and Disposition for a publicly traded company, Mr St. Clair has been instrumental in creating and securing investment opportunities across the country, while providing a wealth of knowledge and bringing structure to Rincon's Acquisition team.
Kevin Dunn | Principal
Kevin Dunn is Director of Brokerage and Asset Acquisition/Disposition. He manages all real estate transactions within the company portfolio as well as all sales and leasing representatives--both in house and strategic partners. Having been a regional sales manager for a publically traded real estate company, Kevin understands the need for distinctive real estate representation and management. He is a top producing broker, a proven entrepreneurial leader who has managed large sales teams, and possesses an unparalleled ability to determine accurate property valuation and marketing needs to effectively acquire and to maximize disposition price and market absorption. Kevin is instrumental in analyzing investment opportunities and aligning Rincon Real Estate Group with capital partners.
Cameron St. Clair | Principal
Mr. St. Clair serves as the companies Director of Repair, Rehabilitation Services and General Contracting. With more than 15 years of experience in operations management, land development oversight, finance, purchasing management, and P&L accountability, Mr. St. Clair has been instrumental in creating an extensive nationwide network of qualified construction partners including; subcontractors, consultants and business partners. During Rincon's history, Cameron has managed the repair, remodeling, environmental remediation, tenant improvements, new construction, and property preservation on thousands of properties across the country.
Jim Norum | VP of Operations
As Vice President of Operations for Rincon Real Estate Group Jim’s primary role is directing the nationwide repair business, also known as Rincon Construction Services. With a B.S. in Civil Engineering from UCLA, Jim is a highly experienced real estate and construction problem solver with more than 15 years of experience ranging from heavy infrastructure to all types of vertical construction. After departing a publicly traded home builder in 2009, Jim spent the next five years providing a variety of distressed asset consulting services before transitioning back to the home building industry in 2014. Prior to joining Rincon Real Estate Group Jim served as the Vice President of Construction and Development for ABP Capital where he managed both commercial and residential projects while supporting the loan origination team in their efforts to underwrite a diverse portfolio of construction loans. Jim holds both a California Real Estate License and a General Contractor’s License and brings a wealth of construction and real estate experience to Rincon Real Estate Group.
